ABOUT

Vegan activist and advocate - granola girl attempting to navigate the fitness world.
My fitness journey began in my mid-thirties, when I stepped into the gym not just to build strength, but to reconnect with myself through movement again. What started as a personal challenge quickly grew into a deep passion for bodybuilding - the discipline, the structure, and the creativity of sculpting the body like a living form of art.
In May 2025, I stepped on stage for the first time at the Stephanie Worsfold Classic, marking my debut season in the bikini division. That experience changed everything - it wasn’t just about aesthetics, but about growth, self-trust, and proving to myself what’s possible with patience and heart. Now, I’m entering my second competitive season, continuing to refine both my physique and mindset while sharing the process openly through my writing and content.
Before stepping into the fitness world, I studied movement and performance at Sheridan College’s Performing Arts Prep Program and Humber College’s Theatre School, where I first fell in love with the language of the body. Those years taught me to see movement as art - expressive, intentional, and deeply human. That same philosophy shapes how I train today: with awareness, curiosity, and respect for the body’s ability to communicate and transform.
Outside the gym, I’m passionate about animal rights, vegan advocacy, and mindful living. You’ll often find me experimenting in the kitchen, finding new ways to nourish my body, or simply appreciating the small, grounding joys of everyday life. This space is a reflection of all of it - fitness, creativity, and compassion woven together. My hope is that it inspires you to move with purpose, eat with kindness, and approach your own journey with curiosity and joy.
